Foxconn’s Innovation Centers across the state of Wisconsin are slow to materialize.
A new report says some of the projects are on hold as the company looks to finish work on its new manufacturing facility in Mount Pleasant. The Innovation Center in Eau Claire is slowly taking shape. City leaders say Foxconn has started some work on what they hope will become a busy hub for students and workers.
