An Eau Claire man will go to prison after being found guilty of threatening to blow up a hospital.
Police say Joseph Walters made the threat on Facebook around the time he was a patient at HSHS Sacred Heart. Walters was acquitted of making a terrorist threat last Friday but was convicted of a bomb scare. He’ll face three-and-a-half years in prison when he’s sentenced in December.
