A 19-year-old is charged with burglary and theft for incidents at UW-Eau Claire.
Police say Billy Blaser lived in Murray Hall and worked at the school when a series of thefts occurred over five days in July and August. Some of the items were stolen from dorm rooms and others were taken from public areas. Blaser is not a student at UW-Eau Claire and is no longer able to access the facilities.
