Governor Walker is proposing five-thousand dollars in tax relief to graduates who stay here in BuckyLand.
The tax break would offer new graduates a thousand dollars per year for five years. Those who owe less than a thousand dollars can keep the balance of the credit in cash. Some education officials are calling it simply a talking point and won’t be effective at keeping graduates in state.
