PAPER, NO PLASTIC

Kroger is announcing plans to phase out single-use plastic bags at its family of stores by 2025. 

The country’s largest supermarket chain is the parent company of more than one-hundred stores in OUR STATE including Pick ‘n Save, Copps and Metro Market.  Some estimates suggest that one-hundred-billion single-use plastic bags are thrown away in the United States annually.
