The Wood County Sheriff’s Office says speed and alcohol likely caused a serious ATV crash in Seneca.
The sheriff’s office says James Doherty lost control of his ATV Sunday night and was ejected. First responders performed life saving measures on Doherty before he was taken to a nearby hospital. His current condition is unclear.
