About 160 Wisconsin National Guardsmen are getting ready for a deployment this fall.
The guard yesterday said troops with the 32nd Red Arrow Infantry Brigade Combat Team headquarters will head to Ukraine. The soldiers will work as part of an international team of peacekeepers. Guard commanders are not saying when the troops will leave or how long they will be gone.
