Sexual assault and child abuse charges are being filed against an Eau Claire man in Buffalo County.
Investigators say that 38-year-old Kyle Dean Vaughn abused three young people between December of 2017 and April of 2023. Vaughn is in custody with a court appearance scheduled for tomorrow.
