A jury trial is being ordered for Alvin Taylor.
Taylor is the Eau Claire County man who previously admitted to the killings of four people between the years of 1985 and 1987, having said that he did so after receiving messages through the radio and television. In 1988, Taylor was found not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect and he has been confined to treatment facilities ever since but now is asking to be released.
No date has been set for the jury trial.
