An April 6th court date has been scheduled for the alleged killer of a man in Rusk County.
The body of Ladysmith resident Terry DuSell was found weeks ago with police saying that Charles Allers later admitted to fatally shooting the victim. DuSell’s wife was charged with hiding the corpse. Investigators say that Allers and the victim’s wife were having an affair.
Allers has been charged with 1st Degree-Intentional Homicide.
