A man accused of crashing a tour bus in Green Bay is in court for a preliminary hearing.
Police say Ghebry Figueroa told police his brakes and emergency brakes failed when the bus crashed last month, injuring 41 people. Police say he’s the owner and driver of the bus even though his licenses were revoked. He’s facing multiple charges and is scheduled for a new hearing on April 27th.
If convicted, Figueroa could go to jail for up to eight years.
