Larry Davis, 34 years of age, from Phoenix, AZ has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol
Eau Claire Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 4th offense.
On 03/21/2026, at approximately 1:54 am, a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper stopped a vehicle traveling westbound on Intestate 94 at mile marker two in Hudson for speed. The Trooper observed signs of impairment and a subsequent investigation, including standardized field sobriety tests was conducted. The driver, Larry Daivd from Phoenix, AZ was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant 4th offense.
A warrant was obtained and Mr. Davis was transported to a local hospital where a legal blood draw was conducted and later turned over to the St. Croix County Jail. Mr. Davis is also being charged with obstruction and operating without valid license.
