Council members in Eau Claire are going to vote on a resolution to give people free transit rides.
The resolution will allow them to accept a monetary donation of 300-dollars from JONAH, known as “Joining Our Neighbors Advancing Hope.” The money would be used to provide free bus rides on election day on April 7th, as well as for Earth Day on April 18th. The Eau Claire City Council is slated to vote on March 24th.
