The Washington County Board of Supervisors is looking into a proposal to rename an area highway in honor of Charlie Kirk.
A section of County Trunk Highway K could bear the name of the murdered conservative activist under the pitch. The change would apply to the stretch of road that runs from County Highway R to State Highway 144.
The board is expected to review the proposal during next month’s meeting.
