A man accused of killing his girlfriend will be coming back to Wisconsin to face charges. Robert Chilcote waived extradition yesterday, allowing Marinette County to bring him back to face a homicide charge.
Authorities say Chilcote killed Gabriella Cartagena February 4th and dumped her body in Michigan’s Menominee County. He was arrested in Minnesota and agreed to return to Wisconsin. No court dates have been set yet.
