On February 11, 2026, investigators with the Eau Claire County Sheriff’s Office located missing person
Kenneth W. Lewis in a wooded area of eastern Eau Claire County. Mr. Lewis was found deceased.
An autopsy has been scheduled to determine the cause and manner of death.
Although Mr. Lewis has been located, the investigation remains ongoing. No additional information will be released at this time pending the results of the autopsy and toxicology reports. The Eau Claire County Sheriff’s Office extends its sincere condolences to Mr. Lewis’s family and friends during this difficult time.
