The UW School of Medicine and Public Health is providing a financial boost to a domestic violence initiative in Vernon County.
The school is awarding a 447-thousand dollar grant to support efforts involving domestic violence survivors and their offenders. Federal funding for the county’s Process for Change program was canceled in April of last year.
