Marsha Ashmun, 58 years of age, from Superior has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Spooner Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 5th offense.
A Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper took a report of a driver that appeared to be upset and driving on a flat tire. The Trooper made contact with driver at a gas station in Iron River and noticed a tire was missing and there was extensive damage to the rim. The driver also showed signs of impairment, and a subsequent investigation was conducted.
The driver, Marsha Ashmun from Superior, WI was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant 5th offense. She was transported to a local hospital for an evidentiary chemical test of her blood and then to the Bayfield County Jail.
