A Madison man is in custody after his tenth alleged offense of operating under the influence.
Wisconsin State Patrol got a call around 10:10 p.m. last night about a vehicle in the median of I-94. Police arrived and saw Eugene Trimble walking nearby. He was arrested and is facing a new OWI charge.
