Bar Destroyed in Fire

A popular Polk County bar is dealing with the aftermath of a devastating fire. 

Yesterday, flames ignited at the UW Wanderoos Bar and Grill at around 2:30 a.m. and left the establishment in ruins.  Folks who lived in apartments above the bar escaped without injury — though one later suffered a medical event that resulted in their death.  There has been no word on the cause of the fire.
