Sentencing is being ordered for a Sparta man convicted on charges connected to an overdose death.
Investigators say that Timothy Burns supplied the drugs that led to the death of a 43-year-old woman in February of 2024. Burns was convicted after pleading no contest to a charge of manufacturing and delivering narcotics and was sentenced yesterday to two years in prison.
