Shredded Cheese Recall Affects WI

A large importer and distributor of specialty cheese from Italy has issued several recalls. 

The Food and Drug Administration said the recalled products tested positive for listeria.  The recall affects several types of shredded cheese.  The recalled products were distributed to Wisconsin, Washington, Virginia, Texas, Pennsylvania, Oregon, Ohio, New York and many other states.  The FDA said no illnesses have been reported in association with the cheese recall.
