The University of Wisconsin – Platteville athletic director is out of a job.
The school said yesterday Michael Knipe was terminated last week following a year and a half in the position. However, officials didn’t provide an explanation for the termination and won’t until a report is finalized. Knipe took over at Platteville following the unexpected death of former athletic director Dr. Kristina Navarro-Krupka.
