The new year will bring with it the revival of Wisconsin’s film incentive program.
Starting January 1st, the program will offer tax credits on film production expenditures. The biennial budget signed by Governor Tony Evers in July, reestablished a Wisconsin film office. The transferrable tax credit is 30-percent on qualifying expenditures and the annual fund is five million dollars.
