The family of Wisconsin Assembly Speaker Robin Vos is dealing with a tragic loss headed into the Christmas holiday.
The speaker’s 88-year-old uncle, James L. Vos, was struck and killed by a vehicle in Burlington early yesterday morning. Local police say James was trying to cross North Main Street around 5:15 a.m. when the vehicle hit him. The 41-year-old driver remained on the scene, according to officials. The crash remains under investigation and no charges have been filed so far.
