A central Wisconsin manufacturing plant could be shutting down, costing about 100 people their jobs.
Officials with the Prince Corporation in Marshfield have filed a notice with state officials saying the company is going into receivership and a new owner may opt to close the facility. There is a chance some of the workers could keep their jobs if the plant remains open.
The Prince Corporation makes wild bird seed products and other items related to pet food and agriculture.
