Morgan Geyser isn’t going to challenge Wisconsin’s petition to revoke her conditional release.
A letter filed by her attorney this week asked Waukesha County Judge Scott Wagner to approve the 23-year-old’s request not to fight the petition from the Department of Health Services. Geyser, who was sentenced for the 2014 stabbing of a classmate to please the fictional character Slender Man, removed her ankle monitor last month at a Madison group home.
She was later arrested in Illinois and brought back to Waukesha County.
