The trial of Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan could head to the jury as soon as today. The government rested its case against Dugan on day three yesterday after calling 19 witnesses, including Dugan’s clerk at the assistant district attorney for Milwaukee County.
Dugan is accused of obstructing immigration agents who were attempting to arrest a man in her courtroom back in April. Her defense attorney had planned to call at least four witnesses.
