No charges will be filed against a Fort Atkinson officer involved in a deadly shooting.
The incident happened in late October when officers responded to a shots fired report at a home. Body camera and home video footage show Logan Krahn being ordered to drop a rifle aimed at officers before firing. Krahn was pronounced dead at the scene, and authorities recovered the weapon. The Jefferson County District Attorney found no crime after reviewing witness statements, body camera, and home surveillance video.
