Bill Set to Fund Local Mental Health Hospital News | December 11, 2025 | 0 | by Morgan McCarthy Governor Tony Evers has signed a bill to provide ten-million dollars in funding to build a new mental health hospital in Chippewa Falls. The funding had been earmarked in this year’s budget bill. The area has not had a local mental health hospital since HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital closed.
