Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan’s case is set for federal trial.
Dugan appeared in federal court on November 26th in the obstruction case against her. Both sides argued details of the jury selection, audio recordings and who will take the stand at trial. She is accused of obstructing immigrations agents who were attempting to arrest a man in her courtroom. Dugan has pleaded not guilty to obstruction charges.
