An Eau Claire resident has had their first day in court after authorities say they left a threatening voicemail on the line of a local school.
Twenty-three-year-old Damien Haupt is accused of leaving a message for the Children’s House Montessori School on East Lake Street last week saying their hope was for everyone at the school to be raped and killed. Haupt reportedly included in their message that they live across the street from the school. A one-thousand dollar signature bond has been set for Haupt who faces charges including terrorist threats, telephone harassment and disorderly conduct.
