Go-Fund-Me Set Up for Child Neglect Victim

A Go-Fund-Me has been created to support a teenage girl who is recovering from extreme neglect. 

The 14-year-old girl was found in August weighing just 35-pounds after authorities received a 9-1-1 call from her father.  She lived with her father, stepmother, and two other adults in Oneida, who all face felony child neglect charges.  According to the fundraiser, the girl is gaining weight, undergoing physical therapy, and regaining basic mobility.
