A Green County man is awaiting sentencing for the death of his newborn baby.
Logan Kruckenberg Anderson was found guilty yesterday of first-degree intentional homicide and hiding the corpse of the child. Prosecutors say Anderson was only 16 years old when he shot the baby twice in the head after taking the infant into the woods. The child’s mother told police she and Anderson decided something needed to be done so the child wasn’t in their life. He faces a minimum of life in prison and will be sentenced in March.
