A man who was the subject of a brief manhunt in Eau Claire back in May of this year has now been arraigned on a list of charges.
Authorities say that 48-year-old Leo Lacey pulled a firearm on another individual on May 22nd at the Smokeclaire Tobacco shop. The incident was reported to police and a search for the suspect began. Lacey was arrested a day later. He pleaded not guilty yesterday to charges including possession of a firearm by a felon, false imprisonment, and resisting an officer.
