Dunn County police recently offered and update on an incident last month. Below are the details:
Follow up to motorcycle pursuit 09/19/2025.
Based on follow up investigation and in collaboration with Hudson P.D. , Baldwin P.D. and the St. Croix Co Sheriff’s Office two individuals have been arrested and charged in this incident. They are:
Parker J. Rousar, 19 of New Richmond: Felony Fleeing, Display False Registration, Plates Reckless Driving, Speeding on Freeway.
Ivan X Cunningham , 29 of Baldwin: Felony Fleeing, Operating While Revoked and IID violation. Cunningham has similar charges pending in St. Croix Co for a separate incident.
