Charges are being filed against the driver involved this week in a deadly Taylor County vehicle crash.
The accident happened at around 2 a.m. Monday on County Road C in the Town of Rib Lake. Sheriff’s deputies say that 49-year-old Stephan Kaplon was driving while intoxicated when his SUV overturned. A female passenger suffered fatal injuries. Kaplon is being held on charges that include homicide by intoxicated use of the vehicle.
