A former staffer at a Fall Creek group home — accused of having sex with a resident — is pleading guilty to charges.
Investigators say that Alicia Vogler engaged in sexual activity with a man who was living at the Palmer Place group home under a protective order. Authorities were called after several coworkers said the two were too close, and after managers say they found several sexually explicit text messages. Vogler has pleaded guilty to a single count of second-degree sexual assault and two counts of disorderly conduct.
