Charges are being filed against a young La Crosse man in connection with an injury hit-and-run.
The accident happened this past Friday morning in La Crosse with police saying that 18-year-old driver David Resto was speeding when he ran a stop sign, hit another vehicle and continued on from the scene. Two people were left hurt — one seriously. Resto appeared in court yesterday on charges that include hit-and-run causing great bodily harm.
