A Jackson County resident is facing what records show to be his 11th charge of OWI.
Fifty-six-year-old Charles Spangler of Alma Center was arrested Wednesday evening after a vehicle accident. Police say Spangler refused field sobriety tests and that a firearm was found in his vehicle. When arrested this week, Spangler was already on parole for an earlier OWI conviction.
