Dunn Co. Reports First Human Case of West Nile News | September 18, 2025 | 0 | by Morgan McCarthy Dunn County is reporting its first human case of West Nile Virus. The County Health Department says the virus was found when a blood donor tested positive. Most people who contract West Nile Virus don’t have any symptoms, but less than one-percent of people develop severe illness.
