A man is found deceased in the Wisconsin River after falling over a railing overnight.
Police dispatch says reports of the man falling into the river on Broadway Avenue came in just before midnight. A rescue boat recovered the man at about 1:20 a.m. today. Police say foul play is not suspected, but his death is still being investigated.
