A Wisconsin supermarket chain is getting new ownership.
St. Louis-based Schnuck Markets announced a plan to buy one-hundred percent of Skogen’s Festival Foods and its Hometown Grocers. The deal is expected to close in October. Festival Foods owns 51 stores in Wisconsin currently.
