Lambeau Leaps onto WI Wonders List

An eleventh wonder of Wisconsin has been named. 

Governor Tony Evers announced on Wednesday that Lambeau Field in Green Bay would join the list of Wisconsin’s premier destinations.  Earlier this year the stadium hosted the NFL Draft, an event that drew over 600-thousand visitors.  The Wonders of Wisconsin program was launched in 2023, with the goal of uplifting and honoring some of Wisconsin’s man-made and natural monuments.  The stadium joining the list including the Apostle Islands, the Milwaukee Art Museum and Devil’s Lake.

The Green Bay Packers will host the Washington Commanders tonight for Thursday Night Football.  Both teams are off to one-and-oh starts following week one home wins over their respective division rivals.  Green Bay hasn’t played Washington since 2022 where they lost on the road.  Tonight’s game kicks off from Lambeau Field at 8:15 Eastern.
