Flags will be at half-staff tomorrow to honor the nearly three-thousand lives lost during the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
September 11th is also the Wisconsin Day of Service and Remembrance, which encourages people to spend a day giving back to their communities through volunteering or acts of kindness. Flags will be lowered from sunrise until sunset tomorrow.
