Wisconsin has some of the best budgeters in the nation.
A new study by WalletHub compares all 50 states based on metrics like median credit scores, average amount of debt, and foreclosure rates. Wisconsin ranks fourth-best for budgeting, with Hawaii, Washington, and Massachusetts in the top three. The study shows Mississippi and Louisiana has the worst budgeters.
