The trial for Judge Hannah Dugan is set for December.
Dugan is accused of helping an illegal immigrant avoid arrest by federal agents in the courthouse. The man was in court for a misdemeanor battery charge. Dugan’s lawyers filed a motion to dismiss this summer, but it was dismissed in August. A judge scheduled Dugan’s trial for December 15 during a scheduling hearing earlier today.
