Eau Claire man is accused of his fourth OWI.
Wisconsin State Patrol says the man was stopped after driving almost 20 miles-per-hour over the speed limit. Troopers say the driver, Thomas Jones Jr., was showing signs of intoxication. He was taken to the hospital for a mandatory blood draw, and was then booked at the Jefferson County Jail. Jones Jr. is facing multiple charges.
