New vape regulations in Wisconsin are now in effect.
As of today, any electronic vaping device not listed on the Department of Revenue’s Electronic Vaping Device Directory is illegal to sell in the state. There are 216 products listed in the directory. Retailers selling illegal vapes are subject to a thousand-dollar fine per day, per device.
