Over 40 counties in Wisconsin have been issued an air quality advisory.
The Department of Natural Resources says Canadian wildfire smoke will be greatly impacting surface air quality. They expect the air quality index to reach levels designated as Unhealthy, as opposed to Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups. The advisory ends Tuesday at 3 p.m.
